Dad accused of beating 4-year-old son, abandoning him (Church Hill, Tennessee)
Dad is identified as JIMMY "WESTON" WALLEN. Notice that Daddy abandoned this boy at HIS mother's house. No mention of the boy's mother, or why she is written out of this story. Was there a mother in this home?

CHURCH HILL, Tenn. — A Hawkins County man is facing child abuse and child neglect charges for allegedly beating his 4-year-old son with a belt for wetting himself, and then leaving the child at his mother’s house while no one was home.
Sunday evening, Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jimmy “Weston” Wallen, 24, 365 Cobb Road, Surgoinsville, after they tracked him to his mother’s house in the Bloomingdale community of Sullivan County.
Deputies stated they found Wallen hiding in a dog house in his mother’s back yard.
