Dad slaps son for "throwing ball at him too hard" but get this: SON IS UNDER 1 YEAR OF AGE (New River, South Carolina)
How can a baby under the age of 1 year throw a ball "too hard"? Dad DARRENCE GRIFFIN JR. must a total wimp or a total idiot. No mention of the baby's mother.

A father is charged with child abuse after telling investigators he slapped his son, who is under one, because the child threw a ball at him too hard.
Onslow county Sheriff's deputies arrested 27-year-old Darrence Griffin Junior, a Marine at MCAS New River, Wednesday and charged him with contributing to the delinquency of juvenile by way of abuse and assault on a child under 12, and child abuse. All three charges are misdemeanors.
Investigators say Griffin slapped the child so hard that he left hand and finger imprints on his face.
