Dad arrested for assaulting 2-month-old infant (Lawrenceburg, Kentucky)

Dad DEREK HARTLEY has been arrested for assaulting his infant child. Very little other detail is provided here, except that the child "has been placed in the custody of other family members."

KY father behind bars for allegedly assaulting his infant child

(WHAS11) - A Lawrenceburg, Kentucky father is behind bars for allegedly assaulting his 2-and-a-half month old child.

26-year-old Derek Hartley was arrested after an investigation by Kentucky State Police.

The abuse was reported by the University of Kentucky Children's Hospital in Lexington.

The child has been placed in custody of other family members.
