Dad arrested after 2-year-old daughter ingests marijuana resin; girl in critical condition (Stockton, California)
Dad ALFONSO CORREA has been taken into custody after his 2-year-old daughter was hospitalized in critical condition after ingesting marijuana resin. Though it is mentioned that there were "four adults" in the home, it is not specified that one of these adults was the mother. Somehow, if Mom had been present, I suspect she would have been charged, too. But at any rate, we once again have a case where a mother is erased from the story.
INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.

Authorities say a 2-year-old Stockton girl is in critical condition after ingesting marijuana resin, and her father and another man have been arrested on suspicion of child endangerment.
The San Joaquin County sheriff's office says the father, Alfonso Correa, and Juan Zambrano, both 20 years old, were taken into custody around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, nearly seven hours after emergency medical technicians found the girl lethargic and suffering from seizures.
The Record of Stockton reports that the child also had THC, the active chemical in marijuana, in her system.
Officials say four adults were present in the home, but none of them was supervising the child when she found a jar lid containing marijuana resin.
The girl was airlifted to an Oakland hospital, where she remained Wednesday afternoon.
