Dad "suspected" of murdering two children during weekend visitation (London, England, United Kingdom)
Dad JEAN FRANCIS SAY has been remanded for murdering his two children, ages 10 and 8, during his weekend visitation. Once again, we have a sh** who had to torture his ex-wife by calling her up and telling her what he did, too. Police are probing whether there was a history of domestic violence. I'm not a betting kind of woman, but I'm guessing yes. And that Daddy got unsupervised visitation anyway, because that's what happens these days.

Father remanded over child murders
(UKPA) – 10 hours ago
A man has been remanded in custody in south London, accused of murdering his two young children.
Jean Francis Say, 61, is suspected of killing the youngsters after his ex-wife left them with him for the weekend.
The bodies of Regina, 10, and Rolls, eight, were found at Say's flat in Empire Square, Southwark. It is understood both had suffered multiple stab wounds and police officers were confronted with a "horrific" scene. Say's wife, believed to be known as Antoinette, dialled 999 after he allegedly told her what he had done.
Say, who is from the Ivory Coast, appeared before Camberwell Magistrates' Court by video link from Walworth police station. Wearing a white long-sleeved police issue T-shirt, the retired concierge sat with his arms folded for the five-minute hearing.
Speaking through a French interpreter, he confirmed his name, address and other personal details. Magistrates remanded him in custody and ordered him to appear before the Old Bailey on Tuesday. A full hearing will take place on May 23.
Police were called to the modern block of flats in Empire Square at about 8.15am on Sunday. They found the children and called for paramedics. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
Shaven-headed Say was arrested in the flat. At least one knife has been recovered by police. Sources close to the inquiry said Say has made no comment in police interviews. He remains in custody, where he is believed to be on suicide watch after threatening to harm himself.
Detective Chief Inspector Michael Orchard, of the Child Abuse Investigation Command, known as SCD5, is responsible for the inquiry. Police are probing whether there was a history of domestic abuse between the couple and if the children were harmed.
Pictures of both children on a recent trip to the seaside have been posted on a social networking site. Rolls posed for a photograph in a black and white baseball cap and khaki shirt. On Facebook, he described his interests as online gaming and he was a fan of pop stars Beyonce, Usher and Nicki Minaj. He last updated his page, to pass on a point-scoring challenge game, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
His sister was photographed smiling, with a pair of sunglasses perched on the top of her head. On Facebook, she followed sites linked to fashion, rap and online games as well as posting links to music videos. She last updated her page at 10.38am on Saturday.
