Dad arrested in severe beating of 4-week-old baby (Port Arthur, Texas)
Dad JASON JERAUD LEBLANC has been arrested in the severe beating of his 4-week-old baby. A newborn! ZERO mention of a mother in this story, although one must have been around 4 weeks before. All we're told is that CPS has removed another young child from the home.
INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.
