LaPlace man accused of molesting his 3-year-old daughter

St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 48-year-old LaPlace man after, they say, he sexually molested his 3-year-old daughter during a weekend visit.
The Sheriff's Office is withholding the father's name to protect the identity of the child.
Authorities say the girl, whose parents are divorced and share custody, had spent a weekend with her father at his residence in LaPlace. When the mother regained the child, she heard her complain and took to the hospital for an examination. An investigation determined that the child had been molested and a hospital social worker informed the St. John Sheriff's Office.
The man was arrested Monday at his residence and booked with molestation of a juvenile. He is being held in lieu of a $35,000 bond.

She's displayed agressive 2 handed throat choking, balled fist hitting, strong arm choke holds, sever biting & pinching, curses & phrases such as "suck my dick" - while grabbing the hair on the back of the head & shoving face in crotch.
NC Cps & social worker & detective refused to investigate, left her with her father and my custody was taken for taking her to the doctor who complained... multiple times.
She's had UTI, candidas, Vaginitis...for a year, after every visit w/dad, despite not wearing diapers. She regressed in potty training & has full hand finger tip & thumb print bruises on butt & thighs.
She has a broken nose this summer. This fall when treating her vaginal infection from dads, she got in doggy position, snatched tube of cream, shoved it in her vagina & asked me to scratch her itch like she does daddy.
Months before she was inserting her thumb into her vagina standing in the tub & showing off. Complained of naked showers w/daddy. Over a year ago she was having her toys kiss her vagina & having her toys kiss each others, lifting the clothes.
And the social worker called my daughter a liar, when questioned about who hurt her. Her dad was present & told her "shut up!" "nobody will ever love you". He refused to let them take pictures, insisted on controlling the investigation. Refused psych evals. Made some pre arranged deal w/the social worker. Violated restraining orders & shoved me out of the room twice during the investigations.
And DSS CLOSED THE CASE UNFOUNDED with no recomendation for further treatment.
