"Father Figure" wanted for drugging 13-year-old girl, sexually assaulting her (Indianapolis, Indiana)

This is what happens when mothers are brainwashed into believing that a "father figure" is an absolute must in their child's life. This particular mom believed (all in good faith, I'm sure) that her ex-boyfriend was still capable of carrying out the "father figure" role in her daughter's life. Unfortunately, for RASHAD M. STRONG, being a "father figure" did not necessarily exclude providing the child with drugs and alcohol and sexually assaulting her.

Police are looking for Rachad M. Strong, a 29 year old black male from Indianapolis who is wanted on three counts of Felony Child Molest.

He is also wanted for two counts of C Felony Child Molest and two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, an A Misdemeanor. All of these were crimes against a 13 year old victim which occurred on three separate occasions between July and August 1st of 2009.

Strong was seen as a "father figure" in the victim's life and a former boyfriend of the victim's mother. Because of the believed positive impact he had on the child, the mother had allowed her daughter to visit him after the relationship had ended.

It was during these visits that Rachad is reported to have provided alcohol and prescription drugs to the child, putting her into an intoxicated state, before sexually assaulting her. It is believed these attacks occurred in the area of 39th and Arlington.

Strong is described as a black male, approximately 6'1", 230 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. He reportedly is staying on the west side of town with friends. He is also known to frequent bars on the east side of town, off of Pendleton Pike. He is wanted on a warrant issued out of court room G05, with a $100,000 bond that was issued on October 16th, 2009.
