Dad, gal pal arrested for abusing two children during weekend visitation (Rainelle, West Virginia)
Dad is identified as JONATHON FERRELL. Can't help but wonder if he had a prior history of child abuse and/or domestic violence, but got his custody/visitation rights anyway.
