Dad charged with abusing 2-month-old son; baby has five bone fractures (Marion, North Carolina)
Not real clear what was going on here. I assume the "roommate" is not the mother. So if this is the father, why was he watching the baby for the "roommate"? At any rate, there is no mention of the mother and I'm thinking there was no mother in the household. Who knows what the custody arrangement was in this mess. But clearly it didn't work well for this poor baby who is hardly more than a newborn, but was being subjected to "caretaking" by a dickhead like this.
Dad is identified as BYRON COLE PACE.
