"Babysitting" dad found passed out from drugs with crying 1-year-old daughter in car (Hildago County, Texas)
This is what happens when responsible, working mother trying to support their kids are forced to rely on drug-addicted deadbeat fathers for "babysitting."

A father has been charged after he was found in his car passed out while he was taking care of his baby girl, police said.
The alleged crime happened Saturday, Jan. 3 around 3 p.m. at the Memorial Park on the 900 block of South 21st Street in Edinburg.
Police received calls about a man passed out in a vehicle before they responded to the scene.
Once officers approached the vehicle, they found Rolando Guzman in the driver's seat of the car and a 1-year-old baby girl crying in a car seat.
It appeared that the baby had been crying in the vehicle for a while, according to authorities.
The 22-year-old father was babysitting his 1-year-old daughter while the baby’s mother was at work, police told Action 4 News.
At first, Guzman was unresponsive. Edinburg police said that once the man woke up, it appeared he was under the influence of synthetic marijuana.
Police arrested the 22-year-old dad for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and abandoning and endangering a child.
The baby’s grandmother took custody of the child after Guzman’s arrest.
The 22-year-old father remains behind bars at the Hidalgo County Jail on a $105,000 bond.
