7-week old baby "in his father's custody" dies; dad charged with homicide (Richland County, South Carolina)
This is very ambiguous. What do we mean that the baby was "in this father's custody"? That the mother was out shopping or working while Daddy was playing caretaker? Or that this father had full legal custody? Your guess until we see a clarifying article.
Needless to say, there is not one word about the mother or what happened to her. Or how this poor newborn ended up in the hands of his alleged killer dad and not in the loving hands of mother.
Dad is identified as AGIEN MILLER.
