Dad shoots and kills mom, sister-in-law; 8 kids motherless (Arlington, Texas)
The bloody carnage involving mothers and children continues....As the American media obsesses about the latest twists and turns of the Casey Anthony case (which just proves how obsessed they are with killer moms), killer dads are essentially ignored. What this father did to these 8 now motherless children is almost beyond disbelief. And the affects on the oldest son, just 12 years of age, will be lifelong. Notice that this account is from the UK, not Texas. As far as I'm concerned, dad DALTON BENNETT is a despicable piece of merde. I really don't care how much "pain" he was in. I just wish he had succeeded in his so-called suicide attempt. Or was that just more Daddy Drama?

Two women have been shot dead in a horrific attack which left eight young children motherless.
One of the women, Sheryl Bennett, managed to whisper 'I love you' to her eldest son as she lay dying in a pool of blood on the floor of their home in Arlington, Texas.
Her estranged husband, Dalton Bennett, allegedly shot Mrs Bennett, her brother Johnny Todd and his wife, Tana, before attempting to kill himself.
Mrs Bennett had five children, ranging from one to 12 years old, and her sister-in-law had three, the eldest of whom is just six.
Yesterday Donnie King, Mrs Bennett's grandfather, tearfully recounted how her 12-year-old son, Michael, ran into the room after hearing gunshots.
Charged: Dalton Bennett allegedly shot dead his estranged wife and her sister-in-law, before trying to kill himself
He broke down as he told reporters: 'Michael went in and saw his mother. She looked up at him and said, "I love you", gasped and died.'
He said: 'Michael had an awful day Saturday.. the first day.'
The shootings happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, when Bennett, 45, allegedly burst into the apartment and opened fire.
He fled to his mother's house, where police found him in the garage with wounds to his neck and arms after he apparently tried to kill himself.
The two families were members of the town's Tabernacle Baptist Church, a close-knit community of just 100 worshippers.
Family photos show Mrs Bennett and Mrs Todd helping out at church events and painting their children's faces.
Its pastor, Robin Webb, has launched a fundraising appeal to help the two women's parents and grandparents care for the children while Mr Todd is recovering in hospital.
He said: 'Two caregivers and two breadwinners taken from the mix and that’s going to add a tremendous burden to the remaining family to try to support these kids.'
He said both families were working class, and the grandparents rely on social security.
A statement on the church's website said: 'There are four generations of this family who are now faithful members, and we are grieving together over their deaths and heartaches.
'We will continue to do all that we can do to help them, because we love them.
'Sadly, the fabric of our church has been torn and will never be the same.'
An emotional Mr King said: 'The Justice Department and my good Lord will take care of Mr Bennett.'
After treatment at a Fort Worth hospital, Bennett was taken to Arlington City Jail.
He has been charged with three counts of capital murder and one count of attempted capital murder.
His bond was set at $1.5million
