Custodial dad back in court on murder charge (Monument, Colorado)
Dad HANIF SIMS got custody of his daughter back in New Jersey. He retained it despite child abuse investigations and weapons charges. He moved to Colorado--with the knowledge of New Jersey's CPS. All this history is being lost now. See our previous posts on Sims. Once again, the media erases a father's custodial status and all the corrupt officials who conspired to give him custody.

A man accused of killing his own daughter was in court Friday morning, as his lawyers asked the judge to let them see more evidence in the case.
Hanif Sims has already pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder. Sims is accused of killing his 9-year-old daughter Genesis, and hiding her body in a crawlspace in a Monument home.
Friday, his defense team asked to get ahold of more records from the sheriff's office. They're not saying what they hope to learn from those records, and the judge may not decide on that until next month.
Sims' girlfriend, Monique Lynch, has already made a deal to testify against Sims in order to lower her sentence to child abuse causing death.
11 News will stay on top of this case and let you know what's happening as we move towards Sims' trial. Right now, it's set to begin in October.
