Dad indicted for leaving 5-year-old daughter in car while he played video games (London, Kentucky)

Actually, I truly sympathize for rushed parents who forget to drop the baby off at childcare before rushing off to work. Parents like RYAN MATTHEW SEGRAVES, who has been indicted on leaving his 5-year-old daughter in the car while he played video games? Hmm, not so much. And why was this guy playing video games on a Wednesday afternoon? Does he have a job? Or is he another useless "stay-at-home"?

A grand jury has indicted the Laurel County father who deputies say left his five-year-old daughter in a car while he went to play video games earlier this month.

Ryan Matthew Segraves, 25, of London is charged with first-degree criminal abuse and first-degree wanton endangerment. Police say they received a complaint of the girl being left unattended for approximately 30 minutes inside a a 2005 Grand Am on June 1. The temperature at the time was 87 degrees, and police say the temperature inside the car was about 100 degrees.

Police say they arrive at about 2 p.m. to find the girl was still sitting in the vehicle while her father was inside the game room.
