"Care taking" dad burns 2-month-old baby, leaving infant in critical condition; baby also has healing fractures--where is the mother? (Daytona Beach, Florida)
Is this a single dad? Notice that he's doing the "care" taking for at least two kids, and lets at least 36 hours pass before getting the baby medical attention for burns over half his body. (The baby is in critical condition.) If Mom had merely been at work, this wouldn't have happened. She would have taken the baby to the hospital when she got home, which is the usual scenario for "stay-at-home" deadbeats, er, dads. But notice that there is NO mention of a mother whatsoever.
Also notice that the this 2-month-old infant has healing fractures, which suggests the baby has been abused since birth.
Something looks very bad here. How did dad JAMES ARNOLD get possession of these kids? Who gave them to him?

Police: Dad faces charges after 2-month-old left in sink, burned by hot water
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Daytona Beach police said a 2-month-old baby is in critical condition with burns to more than half his body because his father left him in a sink with hot water running.
Police said James Arnold told them he was giving his son a bath when he left him to check on another child.
But investigators said about 36 hours passed before the infant got medical attention, and then a doctor found two other fractures that were healing.
Arnold faces felony child neglect charges.
