Dad convicted of sexual assault of 7-year-old daughter (Basseterre, St. Kitts)

Can you believe this crap? We're supposed to believe that this special snowflake needs "special help"? All because he's basically a narcissistic piece of sh** child molester daddy and feels no guilt about it?

Thank goodness this particular judge didn't buy this line of bull. Too many do.

Father gets maximum sentence for indecently assaulting daughter

 By: Jenise Ferlance, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - A 24-YEAR-OLD MAN was yesterday (Oct. 4) given the maximum sentence after he was found guilty by a 12-member jury on July 17, 2012 on two counts of indecent assault on a minor.

According to the facts brought out in Court, the convict, during the period January 1 to December 31, 2009 and on February 6, 2010, put peanut butter on his genitals and had the minor, his daughter, remove it with her mouth.

The child, at the time of the incidents was just seven years old and the incidents were said to have been committed in Basseterre.

The convict, before being sentenced asked the Court for mercy, stating that it is an obvious fact that he is at the mercy of the Court.

Justice Errol Thomas asked why he wanted mercy to which the convict replied: "For the mere fact that I am someone who should, and have been in the position of a protector. Now that I find myself in this predicament, I am pleading for the mercy of the Court. There is not much I can do but beg for mercy".

The convict's Social Inquiry Report stated that there were more questions than answers as to what could have driven him to commit such an offence on his daughter especially since he had a clear record before the incident took place.

"He needs special help since he shows no remorse including seeing himself as a victim and shows lack of sensitivity for what he has done," the report said.

Justice Thomas, before passing sentence said that he must set an example, showing potential offenders that the Court does not take lightly offences of this nature or any other offence.

He said that there were no mitigating factors but a number of aggravating ones including the fact the house where the offence was committed had adults present at the time, and that the convict could not be bothered that they were there.

"You are not worthy of being a father and you are now seeking mercy? This is not a Court of mercy," Justice Thomas said.

The man was then given the maximum sentence of ten years each on both counts of indecent assault.
