Custodial dad arrested for repeatedly sexually abusing 11-year-old daughter (Flagstaff, Arizona)
If you read this carefully, it becomes evident that UNNAMED DAD was custodial. The child victim lived with Daddy Dearest, and Mom lived out of state.
What is not explored here is the dynamic of how pedophile fathers fight for custody/access to their child victims. Wonder what judge helped Daddy secure "ownership" of his victim and what custody "evaluators" (court whores) may have helped along the way. Wonder if they were warned of Daddy's "proclivities" and dismissed the allegations as "hysterical" or "crazy." Wouldn't be the first time this has happened....

A Flagstaff father has been arrested on charges that he repeatedly sexually abused his 11-year-old daughter.
The 40-year-old man is being held in the Coconino County Detention Facility on charges of child molestation and continuous sexual abuse with a child, each a class 2 felony and dangerous crime against a child.
According to information from the Flagstaff Police Department, the girl told a school counselor last week that she had a "deep, dark secret" that she needed to tell the counselor. She went on to say that her father had been molesting her, at which point the school counselor stopped the interview with the child and police, Safe Child and Child Protective Services got involved.
Through interviews, investigators found enough evidence to arrest the man last week. Two days after the arrest, investigators served a search warrant on the apartment where the father and child live. Computers, cameras, CDs, email accounts and various household items were seized in the raid.
An initial report stated that police were attempting to contact the girl's mother, who lives out of state, last week. Reports did not specify where the girl is currently staying.
Police officials said they are still investigating the case and no additional information is available. The suspect is currently being held in county jail on a $150,000 cash bond. He is not being kept in protective custody at this time, according to jail officials.
The man's name has been withheld from this story to protect the privacy of his daughter.
