Dad, babysitter arrested on meth charges (Carrollton, Kentucky)
The dad is ERIK DOLENTE. The mother of these children is not mentioned at all. We only have reference to some of dad's unidentified "relatives." What happened to Mom? Is she deceased? Is she alive? Did she "disappear" like these kids did for a while? Is this a custodial father? If so, who gave a meth head custody? Lots of unanswered questions here.

The father and baby sitter of two Carrollton children who were missing for 12 hours last weekend have been arrested on methamphetamine-related charges.
Erik Dolente, 41, of Turners Station, Ky., was arrested Sunday morning, and Rhonda L. Chapman, 48, of Carrollton, Ky., was arrested Saturday night.
According to police records, Chapman contacted the Carrollton Police Department Saturday and requested to speak to police. She went in Saturday and was later arrested. Dolente also went to the police station Sunday.
Authorities had obtained a warrant for Dolente's residence at 5392 KY 389 based on information they had received that Dolente had been manufacturing methamphetamine. Dolente had been tipped off that police were coming, and he fled with his two children, Boston and Braxton, according to a news release from the Carroll County Sheriff's Department.
Boston, 5, and Braxton, 6, were declared missing Nov. 5. Dolente's relatives persuaded him to drop the children off at the Carrollton McDonald's, where they were found Nov. 6.
Dolente is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and is being held at the Carroll County Regional Detention Center on a $50,000 cash-only bond. Police Chief Michael Willhoite said earlier that Dolente was likely to face several more charges.
Chapman is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a meth precursor and controlled substance endangerment to a child. She is being held at the Carroll County Regional Detention Center on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
