Dad locks 1-year-old in house alone so mother can't get access (East Petersburg, Pennsylvania)
Dad ANSELMO RIVERA has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after locking his 1-year-old in the house alone in order to "punish" the baby's mother.

EAST PETERSBURG, LANCASTER COUNTY - Police charge a man with endangering the welfare of a child after they say he locks his one-year-old child in the house following a domestic incident.
25-year-old Anselmo Rivera, of Orange Street in Lancaster, got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend just before 1 a.m. Wednesday, Manheim Township Police Sgt. Thomas Rudzinski says.
Rivera's girlfriend fled the home along the 2700 block of Madison Court in East Petersburg. Rivera then locked the couple's child in the house with no way for the mother to get inside, Rudzinski says.
Police stopped Rivera nearby and took him into custody.
Rivera went to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
