Dad-son team arrested in abduction, burglary (Harris County, Texas)

Dad ALEXANDER LUIS QUITANILLA SR. is quite the fatherly role model. Under his fine tutelage, Junior has turned into a first-class criminal. Must do the old man proud! Both Daddy and Junior have been arrested in the attempted abduction of a woman and a burgary. Maybe they can do some more quality bonding time behind bars. Oh, note that Dad was also wanted on child abuse charges. NO! Can't be! All kids need two parent, you say?

Deputies arrested a father-son team accused in the attempted abduction of a woman and the burglary of a vehicle in southeast Harris County.

Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Villa De Matel Wednesday morning in connection to a report of an attempted abduction, according to a Harris County Pct. 6 statement.

When deputies arrived, a woman said one of the suspects had grabbed her butt, but she was able to pull away from him, according to the statement. Another witness told deputies that one of the suspects allegedly had broken into his vehicle.

Witnesses gave deputies a good description of the suspects and officers began searching for them, according to the statement.

A short distance away, deputies spotted a young man, later identified as 18-year-old Alexander Luis Quintanilla Jr., and arrested him on a burglary of a motor vehicle charge, according to the statement.

Quintanilla Jr. told investigators that his dad, 39-year-old Alexander Luis Quintanilla, allegedly said he planned on "getting" a female for sex and gave deputies information about his dad's vehicle, according to the statement.

Deputies then caught the elder Quintanilla an hour later near an elementary school and arrested on a charge of possession of control substance, according to the statement. He was also wanted out of Florida for child abuse.

Both suspects were booked into Harris County Jail.
