Wyoming Dad Accused of Beating Six year Old Son

Wayne Carter A Wyoming man, accused of stomping on his six-year-old son's head and choking him, was arraigned this morning.

The boy's mother told police that 45 year old Wayne Carter hurt his son, after the boy bumped a mug into his father's mouth. Court documents indicate the boy lost a tooth and suffered a bump on his forehead in the incident. The mother filed a restraining order against Carter.

In court this morning, Carter's attorney says his client denies the allegations. He said the boy hurt his head trying to dive under a coffee table.

Carter is held on $10,000 bond on a domestic violence charge.
