Dad pleads guilty to molesting 10-year-old son; it's dad's 2nd sex crime against children (Qualicum, Canada)
UNNAMED DAD has pleaded guilty to molesting his 10-year-old son over 18 months. Dad was also caught with child pornography. Note that this is his SECOND sex crime against children--he also abused 9 students while he was a teacher. He told his wife, the mother of his son, that he was "cured" of pedophilia. If you believe in a cure for pedophilia, contact me because I have a bridge in Brooklyn you might be interested in buying real cheap.

Qualicum man sent back to jail for child sex convictions

A 45-year-old Qualicum man, who molested his 10-year-old son during an 18-month period and was also caught with child pornography, is going to jail for a second time for sex crimes against children.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the identify of his son, appeared in provincial court in Nanaimo on Tuesday to plead guilty to sexual interference with a person under 15 and possession of child pornography.
After hearing the circumstances, Judge Eldon Iverson agreed with the Crown's request that the man be jailed for two years less a day, and put on three years probation. Iverson said that the breach of trust and the man's criminal past required the significant jail term.
Crown prosecutor Basil McCormick told the court that while the case is a serious one, it was aggravated by the fact that the man was convicted in 1991 of fondling nine young male students while teaching in Salmon Arm and Sicamous. He was then sentenced to a jail term of two years less a day. McCormick also told the court that at that time the man was diagnosed as a homosexual pedophile.
The man started molesting his son in March 2007 and it stopped in July 2008 after the boy told his mother. She then confronted her husband who confessed.
He had told his wife about his past when they met, and he believed that he had been cured of his pedophilia. They had two other children, another son and a daughter.
The incidents, said McCormick, involved nothing more than the father touching his son's genitals. Although the mother agreed not to call police after the man confessed, he went to a psychiatrist for help. The psychiatrist gave him 24 hours to report himself to police or he would have to. Instead, the man went home and tried to commit suicide and police involvement began.
Officers seized the family computer and found the man had been viewing pornography depicting young boys. A psychiatric report found that the man will need "arousal reconditioning" for the rest of his life, though it also found he is at low risk to re-offend. Dr. Shabehram Lohrasbe, a forensic psychiatrist, said the man poses a risk only to young boys that he feels close to and knows well.
Conditions of the man's release include being on the sex offender registry for 20 years and staying away from any places where children can be found for 10 years.
He must also provide a DNA sample for police.
