Dad/Stepdad convicted of sexually assaulting girls (Edwardville, Illinois)

Here's another case which proves that it's useless to belabor some big distinction between dads and stepdads/boyfriends. Dad KENNETH R. TUDOR has been found guility of sexually assaulting his stepdaughter AND his daughter. What DNA contributed to what child doesn't necessarily mean much to a sexual predator, ya know? Those biological fine points just don't mean squat to a lot of molesters.

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill.

A Madison County jury has found a 37-year-old man guilty on all three counts stemming from sexual assaults against his daughter and stepdaughter.

In its verdict Wednesday night, the jury found Kenneth R. Tudor, most recently of St. Louis, guilty on one count of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child for having sex with his stepdaughter and two counts of predatory sexual assault on his biological daughter.

The girls testified the assaults continued throughout several years in several Illinois communities, including Alhambra and Highland in Madison County.

Tudor denied both girls' claims that he had sex with them several times over a period of years, beginning when they were between 4 and 6 years old. The stepdaughter now is 18 years old, and Tudor's daughter is 13.
