Dad left baby alone in car; not found till unregistered car hauled off by tow truck driver (Tampa, Florida)
Dad EDWARD RILEY says he left the baby inside the car while doing a "quick visit" with relatives. That seems doubtful given that the baby was found by a tow truck driver who had hauled off the unregistered car. Dad faces child neglect charges.
