Trial delayed for custodial dad accused of murdering 13-year-old son (Crown Point, Indiana)

True to one of our Dastardly maxims, this killer dad's custodial status has been "forgotten" by the time the trial has come about. And lost with the general amnesia is the history of the pro-daddy/pro-abuser psychologists, judges, and other "court whores" who handed dad RILEY CHOATE custody of his murdered son.

Refresh your memory here. And here.

Daddy then went on to basically torture this child until he finally died. But the people who helped this piece of scum gain access to his victim will never be held accountable in the State of Indiana. Trust me on this.

Trial for dad accused in teen's death delayed

(CROWN POINT, Ind.) -- A northwestern Indiana judge has granted a two-month delay in the start of the trial of a Hammond man charged with murdering his 13-year-old son three years ago.

The trial of 40-year-old Riley Choate now is scheduled to begin Oct. 9. It had been scheduled to begin Aug. 13.

The Times of Munster reports (http://bit.ly/OpaPH4 ) defense attorney Randy Godshalk requested the delay because he had not yet received transcripts of testimony given last fall by the Choate's 17-year-old daughter, Christina. She testified she regularly struck her brother, Christian, chained him to a bed and caged him, by order of their father and stepmother to avoid being punished herself. Christina hasn't been charged.

The stepmother, 47-year-old Kimberly Kubina Choate, pleaded guilty in May to neglect and agreed to testify against Choate.
