"Frustrated" dad found guilty of 3rd-degree murder in death of 7-week-old son (Ebensburg, Pennsylvania)
Personally, I get frustrated with all the excuses made for these babysitting dads who kill infants because they're "stressed" and "frustrated."
Boo hoo. Enjoy your time in prison, pal.
For all you idiots out there that are always telling me that "shaken baby" syndrome doesn't exist, how would you like to explain the leg fractures? I guess those are just imaginary too?
No word here on where Mom was while all this was going on.
Dad is identified as JUSTIN CHARLES.

EBENSBURG, Pa. — A western Pennsylvania man faces up to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to third-degree murder in the shaking death of his 7-week-old son.
Twenty-four-year-old Justin Charles, of South Fork, pleaded guilty Wednesday and will be sentenced Sept. 25 by a Cambria County judge.
The judge had previously refused to throw out statements Charles made to police after county detectives seized his son's body at the funeral service.
Public defender Patricia Moore had argued Charles was so stressed by the seizure that his statements later were not made voluntarily.
Prosecutors say Charles shook Justin Jr. when he became frustrated while babysitting the child on Dec. 23, 2010.
The baby died of brain injuries, but also had leg fractures that were days old by the time he died. Moore says Charles was "stressed" but "is not an evil person."
