Dad "linked" to murder of 11-year-old daughter and mom now arrested on child porn charges (San Antonio, Texas)

We're reported on this case before. The 11-year-old daughter, her mom, and mom's female roommate were found murdered after an arson house fire. This was just after the daughter has reported sexual abuse during visitation with her father, CONRAD OCHOA, and Mom had moved to restrict access with a restraining order. Daddy is "linked" to the triple homicide, but the police have refrained from arrested him.

And now, lo and behold, Daddy has been arrested on child porn charges. And his brother with sexual assault.

SAN ANTONIO -- Two brothers who police said are linked to a triple homicide investigation have been arrested on sex charges.

Conrad Ochoa, 31, is the father of one of the murder victims, Samvastion "Sammi" Ochoa, 11.


He's charged with possession of child pornography and promotion of child pornography.

His brother, Baron Ochoa, 36, faces two counts of continuous sexual assault.

Records show both men were named in sexual assault claims made by Sammi Ochoa earlier this year.

Sammi Ochoa was found dead in her burning home on Karen Lane last month, along with her mother, Rebecca Gonzales, and Pamela Wenske, a roommate.

Police determined the victims had been killed before someone set fire to their home. No arrests have been made in connection with the fatal fire.

Although police said the charges against the Ochoa brothers are somehow tied to the case, no other details were released and a judge sealed the arrest warrant.

Both men were being held in lieu of bonds totaling $1 million each.
