Once again, I had to search out this story in the UK press to determine if ALEJANDRO GALVAN III was a custodial dad. I suspected he was, but the Texas press was being kind of cagey about it. Not surprising, as the fathers rights movement is very powerful and institutionalized in the Lone Star State.
So we have another warped abuser daddy who managed to get custody of a young girl, only to torture her both physically and mentally. Mom has been deemed acceptable for placement now, so I can only assume she was acceptable before.
So what freaking Texas judge granted this sicko piece of sh** custody, and what court whores went along with it? Let's see the names.

A father has been arrested after he allegedly beat his 11-year-old daughter before handing her a knife and gun and urging her to commit suicide.
Alejandro Galvan III handed his unnamed child, who was living with him in Wilmington, Houston, the lethal weapons during the incident on September 7 this year.
The 29-year-old, who told police that he was 'frustrated', is also accused of beating his daughter all over her body - including her stomach, legs and buttocks - with a belt.
According to the criminal complaint filed, the girl said her father also punched her in her right arm.
The 11-year-old informed detectives that he gave her a black gun, which she believed was loaded with bullets, as well as a knife.
She alleges that he then urged her to use the weapons if she really wanted to commit suicide.
Investigators have said that the pistol was not loaded, though the youngster might have been led to believe that it was.
On Friday Galavan was arrested and charged with injuring a child, and is scheduled to have his case heard on November 1.
He admitted to hitting his child and to handed her the weapons.
The daughter received medical attention after the alleged beating and is now residing with her mother, according to Child Protective Services.
Neighbour Kellie Chattman told local radio station KPRC that she suspected Galvan had been abusing his daughter for some time.
'He needs to be in jail for a good while,' she said.
