Dad takes child hostage in "domestic incident" police standoff (Knoxville, Tennessee)

So once again, the mother is written out of the story. Was she the one who called the police about the "domestic incident involving a small child?" We're not given any clarification on that point. We hear mention of other "family members" but not Mom. Why?

All we know from this account is that we have another UNNAMED DAD who is addicted to Daddy Drama at its finest. Put on the popcorn, it's "midnight standoff" with the police time! Unfortunately, it's children who suffer when they are subjected to these paternal histrionics. At least the child wasn't killed or seriously injured for once.

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT
