Dad charged with murdering 3-month-old son (Clyde, Ohio)
Sounds like yet another case of a "frustrated" dad who violently shook the baby till brain damage suppressed the baby's ability to breathe. Dad FRANK SADDLEMIRE III is the one accused this time. Note that he's apparently the 2nd father accused of killing an infant in little Clyde, Ohio (population 6,000 and change) this year. And it's only April.
Hat tip to Angel.

CLYDE -- The father has been taken into custody and Clyde police are investigating the death of a three-month-old boy after a call came in that the infant wasn't breathing Saturday.
The death is being investigated as a homicide, according to the Clyde police.
At 2:08 p.m. Saturday police received a 9-1-1 call about a child not breathing at 260 B Hickory St. Responding officers found the child, Frank Saddlemire IV, lying face up on the bed, ashen colored, and they began CPR. Sandusky County EMS transported the baby to the Bellevue Hospital's Emergency Room.
Clyde police Chief Bruce Gower could not be reached Sunday afternoon.
According to a news release from Clyde police, hospital staff requested Life flight, but the baby died before being transported. The baby was pronounced dead at 4:12 p.m. in the emergency room.
After conferring with doctors, it was decided that the death was not of natural causes.
Police then took the father, Frank Saddlemire III, 22, into custody at the hospital and took him back to the police department, and he was later taken to the Sandusky County Jail.
An official at the Sandusky County Jail said bond has not been set for Saddlemire. Charges were filed against him for murder and child endangerment.
Sandusky County Prosecutor Tom Steirwalt and Assistant Prosecutor Beth Tischler were called to the police department and assisted in the investigation.
The name of the baby's mother was not released over the weekend by officials.
Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation crime scene unit also assisted in the investigation, and processed the scene until 8 p.m.
Earlier this year, KC Goble, 22, was arrested for felonious assault in the death of his infant child Preston Goble, who was allegedly beaten by his father. Police arrived at 1173 South Main St., Apt. 302, in Clyde and found the child not breathing. He was also taken to Bellevue Hospital before being flown to Toledo Children's Hospital, where he was later removed from life support. After an autopsy by the Lucas County Coroner's Office, they ruled the baby died of blunt force trauma to the head.
