Dad CHRISTOPHER A. ROSILLO has been arrested on murder charges in the death of his 5-year-old daughter. Dad's "long time live in girlfriend and fiance" has also been arrested. Are we to assume that this person is not the little girl's mother? If so, did this father have custody, visitation? If so, how did the father get custody and/or visitation and who gave it to him? Where is the mother? Lots of unanswered questions here.
