Non-custodial dad charged with felony child abuse; 1-month-old son has two skull fractures (Omaha, Nebraska)

Dad ROMANCE MCINTYRE has been arrested on felony child abuse charges after his 1-month-old son was diagnosed with two head fractures. Since Dad doesn't live with the baby (i.e. non-custodial), it's not clear how the father inflicted the injuries. Was he babysitting? Did he have visitation? Was the visitation at the mother's discretion or court ordered? None of this is made clear.
