Divorced dad arrested with handgun; daughter's school forced into lockdown (Mentor, Ohio)
Appears that this nutcase had joint custody, or at minimum, weekend visitation. Wonder who granted this idiot his "rights"? Any judge want to explain to the other parents at this school why dad ARMAND R. DINARDO JR. was granted access to a child?
Too bad everybody else has to suffer when these entitled Daddy Drama Queens pull this crap....

An armed man was arrested Tuesday outside the Cardinal Autism Resource and Education Center in Mentor.
According to Mentor Police, officers responded to the center, 5028 Forest Road, at 11:48 a.m. for a disturbance and trespassing complaint.
The complainant said her ex-husband, 46-year-old Armand R. Dinardo Jr., had driven the couple's daughter to the center after illegally keeping her in his custody Monday.
The child entered the school though Dinardo remained in the parking lot and refused to leave, police said.
Dinardo ignored police commands to exit the vehicle and told officers he had a concealed carry permit and a handgun was seen in plain view on the center console.
Dinardo eventually drove slowly toward officers with his hands in the air and police were able to get him to stop. He was removed from the vehicle and taken into custody, police said. Investigators later found a machete behind the driver's seat.
During the incident, the school was placed on lockdown.
The suspect will face felony charges of illegal conveyance of a deadly weapon in a school safety zone and misdemeanor counts of inducing panic and criminal trespassing.
