Dad arrested after "questionable death" of 2-year-old son (Abilene, Texas)

So the dead 2-year-old baby was found in his dad's home, huh? Or the home of the man who is presumed to be the dad? (And why is this not made clear for the record?) The dead baby was not found in his parents' home? As in Mom didn't live in the home? And there was another child living in the home as well? Are we to assume that this other child was "allegedly" the son or daughter of RAY EDWARD GIFFORD as well? Where is the mother (or mothers) of these children? Why is there no mention of any mother(s) here? Is this a single dad? A lot of sloppy reporting....

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.

They also believe he may be the child's father.

Police Chief Barrett Thomas tells us an emergency call came in from a home in the 200 block of Avenue K, earlier today, of an unresponsive child.

The child, 2-year-old Micah Castillo was pronounced dead around noon at the Anson Hospital.

His body has been taken to Tarrant County for an autopsy.

Authorities are calling the injuries to the child "questionable."

Chief Barrett Thomas says, "It has been determined there will be an investigation into how he sustained those injuries."
