Police: dad killed 2-month-old baby during visitation (Converse, Texas)
Dad DOMINIQUE REED has been arrrested for "allegedly" killing his 2-month-old daughter during visitation. Thanks to reporter Nadia Ramdass for making the context of this murder clear--too many reporters just leave you wondering. Just a couple of other questions: Was this visitation court-ordered? What judge made that decision? Did dad have a previous criminal history?

According to the police report, the 19-year-old mother says Reed picked up his infant baby, Zaniyah Reed, for visitation Thursday evening. Police say around 12:30 Friday, the 20-year-old father returned the bay to the mother wrapped in a blanket.
When the mother opened the blanket, she noticed the child was unresponsive, and that the baby had apparent abdominal injuries.
The child was taken to University Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
