Dad locks kids in car while partying at "all-nude men's club" (McKinney, Texas)

What the heck? Is today "Lock Your Kids in the Car and Go to a Strip Club" Day? Note similar posting from New Zealand directly below.

In this case, dad MICHAEL GALLOWAY is the one who left his 9-month-old baby and 3-year old locked in his car while he "partied inside an all-nude men's club."

Note that this is ALSO a case where Mom was at home, so it's not like Dad was lacking for child care. Not that it makes a bit of difference. Just shows how pointless and ridiculous Dad's actions were. And once again, Dad's stupidity is getting the whole family involved with CPS. Thanks a bunch, Dad.

A McKinney, Texas father is locked up in the Dallas County Jail after police say he locked his two children in his car while he partied inside an all-nude men's club.

According to witness accounts, 36-year-old Michael Galloway was in Pandora's Men's Club for up two hours, police said. His children, ages 9 months and 3 years old, were in the backseat of his vehicle.

Police discovered the children because Galloway's car was illegally parked outside the Dallas club. A tow truck driver was about to tow the car early Saturday morning when he noticed the two children inside and called police.

Officers got the children out of car safely with the help of a locksmith.

"When the officers first got to the 3-year-old, his first words were that he was cold," Senior Cpl. Kevin Janse said.

Police said Galloway came running out of the club about 20 minutes later. Officers said he reeked of alcohol.

"He originally told the officers that he was just in the bar checking on his wife who works there, but we determined that was not the fact," Janse said.

Galloway's wife was at home in McKinney and came and picked up their children.

Investigators with Child Protective Services are looking into the case.

Galloway is charged with two felony counts of child abandonment. He was being held on a $10,000 bond as of Monday night.
