Dad shoots mom, 4-year-old son; they survive but Dad dies of self-inflicted gunshot wound (Williamston, South Carolina)

Dad BRAD TINSLEY shot his 4-year-old son and the boy's mother, than shot himself. A 6-year-old child was not injured as the child was not at home. Miraculously, the 4-year-old boy and his mom are expected to survive, while Dad's self-inflicted gunshot wound killed him. Authorities say they don't know what "prompted" the shooting. Actually, this is a very predictable pattern. Control freak abuser dad who feels perfectly entitled to end the lives of others when his control has been "threatened"--note "estranged wife" part.

Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies say a father shot his wife and child before shooting himself inside a home on Foster Road in Williamston around 8:47 p.m. Wednesday night.

Early Thursday morning investigators told News 2 that 24-year old Brad Tinsley shot his estranged wife Ashley and 4-year-old son Zachary then turned the gun on himself.

Coroner Don McCown said it appears Brad died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. An autopsy is planned for Wednesday to determine an official cause of death. The mother and child were rushed to Greenville Hospital System. They are expected to survive. The family has another child, a 6-year-old, but that child was not home at the time of the shooting, according to investigators.

Law officers have not said what prompted the shootings.
