Dad accused of shooting infant daughter to death waives arraignment (Albuquerque, New Mexico)
Dad CHRISTOPHER RAINS, who has been accused of shooting his 9-month-old daughter in the head and killing her, has waived his arraignment.

The Albuquerque man accused of shooting and killing his 9-month-old baby in the head was due in court today, but he has waived his arraignment.
He is being held on a $500,000 cash only bond.
Albuquerque police say Christopher Rains killed his daughter during an argument with the baby's mother earlier this month.
Rains will be arraigned in court Monday morning, charged with murdering Trinity Rains, his 9-month-old daughter on December 1.
Rains faces life in prison if convicted.
There is no word on when he will next appear in court.
