Another father-son rape team. Unbelievable what certain sicko daddies recruit their sons into. In this case, the sicko daddy is VICTOR CASAREZ, SR. And it sounds like he's a single dad. Hard to know for sure, because these reports never make it clear.

Charges filed against alleged father-son rape team

King County prosecutors have filed charges against a Lake Forest Park man and his son, accusing the elder of using his teenage child to set up sexual assaults on the young man's friends.

The case against Victor Casarez, Sr., stems from a July 21 incident in which police were contacted by a 15-year-old girl who claimed Casarez drugged, raped and photographed her at his home, according to court documents.

According to police statements, the girl told police she'd met earlier in the day with Casarez's 18-year-old son, whom she knew and considered a friend. They traveled to the younger man's home, where he lived with Casarez.

Prosecutors assert that Casarez gave the girl a drink that his son later admitted had been spiked with the sleeping pill Ambien, according to police. The girl told officers she awoke hours later to find herself naked in a bed with Casarez; she went on to claim that Casarez began sexually assaulting her immediately after she regained consciousness.

Police later recovered several printed photos apparently taken by Casarez or his son during the assault, according to court documents. The girl told officers Casarez threatened to post the photos and a video on the Internet if she told anyone about the incident.

Leaving the home, Casarez gave the girl a bracelet, told her she was "special" and repeated his threat that he would post the items if she revealed the assault, police claim. Undeterred, the girl contacted authorities after returning to her home.

Police searched the house, recovering underwear belonging to the girl and numerous pornographic photographs of the 15-year-old, some of which also showed Casarez.

In an interview with Casarez's son, Victor Casarez, Jr., police claim the young man admitted to knowing his father's intentions on bringing the girl home.

"(Casarez) Jr. stated he had brought at least three other girls over in the past, with (Casarez) Sr. doing the same thing," Lake Forest Park Det. Tony Matthews said in court documents.

Police assert the younger man admitted to slipping drugs into the girl's drink.

Currently on probation, Casarez, Sr., faces a life sentence as a persistent sex offender if convicted as charged. He faces counts of indecent liberties, third-degree child rape and sexual exploitation of a minor, and is currently confined at King County Jail.

Casarez, Jr., is charged with indecent liberties and possession of child pornography. He has not been jailed in the case.
