Mom and child shot at, child's dad arrested (Shreveport, Louisiana)

Note to the media: Stop spreading the blame around like peanut butter. Whether this couple had a "disagreeement" or were merely passing the time of day is irrelevant. What's relevant is that dad CHARLES MCBRIDE "allegedly" fired a shot at the mother and their child as they were driving away. Let's focus on who did what to whom. On who acted in a criminal way. Not irrelevant details, like who used what words in what tone of voice. Abusers always like to focus on these perceived "injustices" or acts of "disrespect" towards them. That way, they can continue to minimize or deny their actual criminal behavior. Unfortunately, more often than not, the media falls into the perpetrator's point of view without even realizing it.
