BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) -- The father of a young boy has been arrested and charged with bringing his 2-year-old son with him to break into a car in Burbank.
Police said 31-year-old Frederic Strobel was pushing his son in a stroller when he apparently smashed the window of a car and stole a GPS device and some CDs.
Investigators said he stashed the stolen items in the stroller and walked away. He was arrested a short time later.
Strobel is being held on $50,000 bail and faces charges of auto burglary and child endangerment.
