Dad to be charged with felony murder in death of 2-month-old son (Prince William County, Virginia)
Now that his infant son has died from his injuries, it is expected that dad HENRY MORALES will be charged with felony murder. Not a word here about the baby's mother.

UPDATE, 10:57 a.m.: Commonwealth's Attorney Paul Ebert said he plans on seeking a grand jury indictment for felony murder against Henry Morales in early December
ORIGINAL POST: A Prince William County man charged with assaulting his 2-month-old son may face more serious charges now that the child has died, authorities said.
On Oct. 17, police went to Daisy Court in Manassas to investigate a report of a child not breathing. Officers determined that the child, Dominick Morales, was suffering from serious head injuries.
The child was taken to an area hospital, and his father, Henry Morales, 25, was charged with felony child abuse and aggravated malicious wounding.
The child died on Saturday, authorities said, and Henry Morales may face more serious charges, such as manslaughter or murder. He is being held without bond.
