Caretaking dad charged with murder in death of 2-month-old (Hebron, Kentucky)

Caretaking dad BENJAMIN SENSEMAN has been charged with murder in the death of his 2-month-old daughter, who died from head trauma. The mom was working when the "incident" took place.

Investigators interviewed and subsequently charged the 30-year-old father with murder this afternoon.

Benjamin Senseman, of Hebron, Ky., was criminally charged Monday with the death of his 2-month old daughter after the medical examiner determined she died from head trauma.

Hebron E.M.S. personnel were called to Princess Court in Hebron, just before 4 p.m. on Sunday, for a report of a 2-month-old not breathing.

The EMS performed life-saving measures and transported the child to Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Florence where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy was performed Monday morning.

Investigators interviewed and subsequently charged the 30-year-old father with murder this afternoon. Police said the child’s mother Laura Senseman was working at the time of the incident.

Bond has not yet been set.
