Dad with history of assault charged with abusing 2-month-old daughter (Plainwell, Michigan)
Dad is identified as ANTHONY RAY MCFARLANE. Once again we have a father with a history of violence who shouldn't have been allowed within ten feet of an infant. Notice that as we often see, the mother has been erased from the story. What happened to her? This dickhead wasn't a single father, was he?

PLAINWELL, Mich. (March 3, 2014) — A 23-year-old Plainwell man was arrested and charged Monday with first-degree child abuse, according to Michigan State Police at the Wayland Post.
Anthony Ray McFarlane has been under investigation since December, when his 2-month-old daughter was admitted to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo with multiple injuries, including life-threatening head injuries.
According to police, the infant has since been released from the hospital and has been temporarily placed in foster care.
McFarlane, an Afghanistan veteran, was charged with attempted murder after stabbing 30-year-old Adam Laws during an altercation in Otsego in January 2013.
He pleaded no contest in December to an assault misdemeanor for that incident.
