"Frustrated" dad charged with breaking baby's leg during diaper change (Waupaca, Wisconsin)
Not surprised at all that dad RONALD BRUMMER is also charged with assaulting the baby's mother. Short-tempered batterers, are, well, short-tempered batterers.
Studies show that these leg break injuries are almost exclusively committed by male "caretakers."

WAUPACA, Wis (WSAU) A Plover man is facing child abuse charges for injuring an infant while changing a diaper. 27-year-old Ronald Brummer was changing the 2-month old's diaper on April 10. He apparently became frustrated that the baby wouldn't stay still, and twisted the child's leg. There were three fractures.
The baby was taken to a medical clinic in Neenah. At first Brummer said the baby's legs became caught in a rocking chair. Doctor's didn't believe that story and notified child protective services.
Brummer is charged with battery and child abuse, and could face three years in jail. He's also facing separate charges of assaulting the child's mother. She told police she was slapped in the face while she was pregnant and after the child was born.
Brummer will be in Waupaca County court on July 30.
