Dad gets 40 years for murder of 4-month-old daughter (Smithfield, Virginia)

The killer dad is identified as ROBERT MOLINSKI. Note that once again, the killer dad served as babysitter while Mom earned the paycheck. Notice also that Mom got three years because she refused to be suspicious enough of what was going on, and believed Daddy's lies.

 We're told again and again how speshul and indispensable daddies are, and then when women buy that crap, we punish them for not being realisitic or knowing the truth about men as caretakers. Which is that statistically, they are at very high risk for abusive behavior.

Father gets 40 years in death of Smithfield infant

A Smithfield man who pleaded guilty to murdering one of his twin infant daughters and abusing the other will serve 40 years in prison, a judge ruled Wednesday.

Robert Molinski had faced up to 80 years in prison on the charges. The children's mother, Mary Leanne Webb, will serve three years in prison. She pleaded guilty to two counts of child abuse.

Molinski cared for the twins while Webb, a certified nurse's aide, was at work, Commonwealth's Attorney Wayne Farmer said previously. Molinski admitted to using spice while he was watching the girls.

Webb acknowledged that she saw injuries on the children from time to time, but Molinski denied abusing them and Webb never pursued it, Farmer said.

On Valentine's Day in 2012, one of the twins, 4-month-old Piper Molinski, died after suffering skull fractures, broken ribs, bruised eyes and a burn on her foot.
