Yet another case where a divorced abusive father still had child access. Not seeing any discrimination against daddies here, guys....

And of course we are not told WHO gave this goon his rights or WHY. Or what rights he had. Hopefully not full custody???

Police: Rock Hill dad kicked son, 12, in the back

ROCK HILL A Rock Hill boy who was sitting at a dining room table suffered bruises to his neck and back after police say his father grabbed and kicked him on Friday.

Police responded to a home in southern Rock Hill at about 11 p.m. when a woman complained that her ex-husband assaulted their 12-year-old son, according to a Rock Hill police report.

The woman told officers that while her son sat at the dining room table, the father, 40, grabbed the boy’s neck, lifted him up and then kicked him in the back, shoving him out of the dining room, the report states.

Police spoke with the boy, who confirmed the allegations against the father, according to the report. Officers also photographed the boy’s injuries, which authorities said were consistent with being kicked in the back.

Police arrested the father and charged him with unlawful conduct toward a child. He was granted a $5,000 bond and sent to the York County Detention Center.
