Okay, what do you mean that Mom is "estranged"? And why were the kids put in state custody? Are you saying that the dad BRIAN MONTGOMERY was previously custodial or what? And if so, why? And who gave him access?

Logan County Father Arrested For Child Abuse

EDMOND, Oklahoma -- A Logan County father is arrested and charged with sexually abusing his own children.

Brian Montgomery faces eight counts of child sexual abuse, two counts of child neglect and two counts of child abuse. According to the Logan County Sheriff's Office, a school counselor with Edmond Public Schools, where the two children attended, tipped off deputes about the suspected abuse.

After further investigation, deputies went to Montgomery's home and arrested him without incident. Montgomery remains behind bars on a $260,000 bond.

The children's mother is estranged. They have been put in the state's custody.
