Family Court Judge James Mize denied supervised visitation of murdered girl (Sacramento, California)

More and more, decent, law-abiding people are becoming sickened by the killer fathers and their grubby defenders--the people who blame everybody and everything (Mom, the family courts, society) rather than the criminal himself.

In fact, the real evidence is now dribbling out. Killer dad MOURAD "MONI" SAMAAN wasn't a "victim" of the family courts in any way, shape, or form. Quite the contrary. In fact, we now see how Family Court Judge James Mize accommodated this criminal by refusing the mother's plea for supervised visitation. By providing this psychopathic father with unhindered access to this helpless child, he was able to brutally murder her. And as far as I'm concerned, the uncle and the grandfather who defends this murder as "justice" are also a psychopaths.

Two hours ago Frank Doughtery of Divorcespecialists who represents Marcia Fay in her child custody battle turned murder-suicide, returned our call. Doughtery informed us media initially got reports of Madeline Samaa-Fay's murder completely wrong...in part because it was the weekend which prohibited court records from being checked.

However, it was clear media was deliberately misled by California attorney Nabil Samaan.

Doughtery reported on August 6, 2011 the now dead Mourad "Moni" Samaan was served with a Contempt order, after taking Madeline to Oregon on her mother's time. Sacramento County Family Court Judge James Mize, had denied Marcia Fay's request for supervised visitation. The confusion was due in part as Doughtery filed additional requests after the child was not returned on Friday. However, by that time both Madeline and the father who killed her were both dead.
